Wonderglade is one of the older mobile virtual reality titles from Resolution Games and it is set to return to Quest next week.

Initially, Wonderglade was a Google Daydream-exclusive carnival app but it was later introduced to Oculus Go and Gear VR. The app consists of a series of VR minigames based around the theme of a visit to the carnival. The app was released for free on Daydream and over time, additional games and experiences were added to it. These were all launched on Oculus Quest as a single premium package.

It features several games including the nine holes of a minigolf as well as some kind of a first-person shooter game where the player extinguishes fires using a hose. There are also some of the less realistic games such as spell-casting challenge and a basketball game which features space hamsters.

When you earn points in the game, you can unlock new items such as a Wonder Wheel. It is definitely not on the same level as some of the VR heavyweights such as Beat Saber, Half-Life: Alyx and Iron Man VR but it was a fun and entertaining game nonetheless, especially when it first hit the streets in 2016 and when the market didn’t have many options. You can visit the Oculus Store and wishlist the title.

Wonderglade is the fourth title by Resolution Games to be added to Oculus Quest. It will arrive on the platform on July 9th and will be retailing at $14.99. Resolution Games has other projects in the works at the moment. The developer is working on the Overcooked-style Cook-Out: Sandwich Tale. This will also be coming to Quest. The studio is also working on a multiplayer shooter christened Blaston. The Resolution Games team has also hired Tom Hall, the formed ID Software founder, to work on some yet to be announced projects.
