BSaberMatcher.com: Use This Tool to Quickly Match Your Spotify Playlist With Beatmaps
A new web tool, BSaberMatcher, now enables any Spotify users to easily match their Spotify Playlist with Beatmaps on Beat Saber. You can use this tool to easily find Beat Saber beatmaps for their favorite songs.
The tool is fairly easy to use. You start by searching and saving the URL of the desired Spotify playlist. You then copy this into a corresponding search field on the BSaberMatcher tool as shown above. The song search will subsequently begin. The tool will automatically download all the matching Beat Saber mappings from the bsaber.com website.
The web tool enables users to compare songs from their linked playlist with the Beat Saber Beatmaps database.
The whole process takes approximately two seconds for every song. For the time being, only the first 500 songs in a Spotify list can be compared. But plans are underway to allow more songs on the playlist. In case you have more songs in a Spotify playlist, you can simply copy the rest into one or more separate playlists.
More Platforms to be Supported
Because there are more Spotify songs than beatmaps, the web tool will find only a few corresponding beatmaps. Most of the time it won’t even find corresponding beatmaps. The discovered beatmaps are shown in a beatmaps list once the search is complete. After that, you simply have to download them.
Use the custom songs programs Mod Assistant (for PC) or the BMBF (for Oculus Quest) to inject your downloaded beatmaps into Beat Saber. The web tool does not support PSVR.
In the future, the developer is planning to add a filter function for the found beat maps to enable users to find the best or simply the best rated beatmaps of a song.
The developer is also planning to support additional platforms such as YouTube in the future which will enable Beat Saber players to compare their YouTube playlists with Beat Saber mappings to find the best beatmaps. The developer is also contemplating supporting iTunes and SoundCloud in the future.
You can find the web tool under BSaberMatcher.
