‘Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Tempestfall’ Coming to PC VR in 2021
The developers of The Wizards and Alice VR have announced that are building a new made-for-VR game based on the Warhammer universe. Carbon Studio calls the game Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Tempestfall and it is a VR-exclusive that is coming on PC VR and Oculus Quest in 2021.
The Age of Sigmar: Tempestfall is the second Warhammer universe game that is coming to Virtual Reality following the announcement of the first-person shooter Warhammer 40,000; Battle Sister that Pixel Toys plans to announce at some time in 2021.
Not much is known about the Age of Sigmar: Tempestfall at the moment but according to a Carbon Studios’ description on the game’s Steam page, the player becomes a mighty Lord-Arcanum, wielding storm magic and leading a Stormcast Eternal task force in a bid to recover the lost souls of your brethren. The player will walk the lands of Shyish and go to battle against the forces of Nighthaunt using various melee weapons, powerful staves as well as motion-based abilities and magic.
This is an adventure RPG-style game where the player will be battling with melee weapons as well as powerful staves in order to take on the forces of Nighthaunt.
According to the studio, the game will feature a full story campaign that has been set in the realms of Shyish after a Necroquake. Check out the teaser trailer of the Age of Sigmar: Tempestfall below.
