Desert Traffic Racer Motor Newly Released for Oculus Rift
Desert Traffic Racer Motor is a highly exciting racing game, in which the player can choose to play as either first person or third person. The basic goal of the game is to get on a motorbike and start racing with it down a highway at the highest speed possible.
The driver or player has to do his/her best to steer clear of the oncoming heavy traffic incorporated into the game. On one side of the screen, the player’s lives are shown along with the distance that has been traveled since the start of the game. If a crash occurs (which inevitably does in most racing games) then the avatar or driver of the bike will be thrown from the vehicle. These crashes might make the player cringe but can also prove to be a source of entertainment.
The game Desert Traffic Racer Motor has been developed by Patrick König, an indie developer from Germany. He has several other highly popular games to his credit like Tafheet – Desert Drift Hero, Street Crossing Ragdoll, Desert Hill Climb and Helicopter Free Flight to name a few. The game has quite a few thrilling features like high speed police chases, spectacular graphics, realistic driving, traffic that is interactive with the player, multiple camera angles to view the game from, amusing and highly theatrical crashes; in some cases, the bike may crash so badly, it may be completely broken into pieces! The player has also been given an option of choosing the bike’s color, so as to custom decorate the vehicle for his liking.
Desert Traffic Racer Motor is currently available for download as a PC game and has recently been introduced to mobile platforms as well. Android users can now easily download and play the game though Play Store. Mac and Linux users may have to wait and see on the final verdict because the developer has not released any information about Desert Traffic Racer Motor being available for either of these platforms.
This virtual reality game is said to feature complete support for the second development kit of Oculus Rift. Since the game has been released as a fully developed virtual experience, further updates are not expected any time soon. Users have claimed to be happy with the content of the racing game and also called it “highly addictive”. Virtual Reality Times will closely follow the progress of Desert Traffic Racer Motor and update you about any new details, as soon as they are released!
