Ethereon Launches Latest Screenshots
Ethereon is a new virtual reality game that is recently being launched and is apparently in very high demand already.
The game has been created by indie developer Innervision Games, who have launched a Kickstarter campaign to generate the needed funds to release Ethereon. Ethereon is a fast paced, adventure, puzzle game set in virtual reality that is completely immersive. The entire game is filled with novel interactions that have been based on the theory that virtual reality is the next big thing. Innervision Games have claimed that Ethereon will be a huge hit with fans of the puzzle and adventure genre with respect to gaming in virtual reality.
In Ethereon, players are supposed to unlock the secrets of the otherworldly game that has been set in a beautifully designed ethereal new world. The goal of the game is to face and win several puzzles that have been designed to be very challenging for the player. The developers claim that the game is easy enough to be fun and rewarding, but difficult enough to not bore the players and keep their interest piqued.
Innervision Games is hoping to raise an amount of $35,800 by 21st December 2014 at the latest. They need this funding to help in developing Ethereon properly and then launch the game for Pc sometime later this year. Innervision Games has claimed that support for both the PlayStation 4 and Oculus Rift’s virtual reality headset will be released soon after the official launch of the game itself. Ethereon will also be made compatible with the virtual reality headset of Project Morpheus but the developers have not specified the date of release for this yet.
This week, new screenshots have been released by the developers to whet the appetite of fans anxiously awaiting the release of Ethereon. An added benefit of launching these pictures is to get people to send in more donations, after looking at the beautiful world that has been created by Innervision Games. Since Ethereon has been set in an aquatic world, the images are breathtaking in their simplicity and design. Seven new pictures have been released this week. Players will be able to solve puzzles set in this wonderful world and see the scenes change as they move forward in the game. With each new level, players will move deeper into this surreal world and may come across originally designed creatures within the aquatic world, some of which may even take them on further rides. Demos of the game are available for download at the moment. Virtual Reality Times will keep following the progress of Ethereon and report back with any further updates.
