The July virtual reality games downloads are out and Beat Saber is once again on top as the most downloaded game on the US PlayStation Store. Beat Saber was toppled from the position in May when the newly released Sony action thriller Blood & Truth jumped to the top as the most downloaded game on PSVR during which Beat Saber was beaten to the fourth place. In June, the VR rhythm game climbed to third place with new releases such as Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted and Blood & Truth topping the charts.

Now Beat Saber has clawed its way back to the top with Superhot VR and Vacation Simulator coming second and third respectively. The fourth position has been taken by Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted. Blood & Truth takes the sixth position in the July downloads.

In Europe, Beat Saber was beaten to second place by Blood & Truth. In May, the roles had been reversed but it appears the first-person shooter game is now enjoying greater popularity on the European continent.

The other games appearing among the ten most popular downloads are the usual  virtual reality favorites such as Job Simulator, Superhot VR, Arizona Sunshine, PlayStation VR Worlds and Astro Bot Rescue Mission.

Surprisingly, some of the most popular VR games and hot favorites such as Minecraft and Grand Theft Auto V did not make to the top of the most popular games on PlayStation Store for the month of July.
