ForeVR has added pool to its lineup of games that already includes Bowl, Darts, and Cornhole.

ForeVR is now adding a 1 versus 1 8-ball pool to its lineup of games on Meta’s standalone virtual reality headsets. However, the studio hasn’t listed support for the original Quest headset.

ForeVR Pool has 50 different cues along with five different halls where one can play. It also features an optional aim assist along with public and private multiplayer. The developers have also added a local pass-and-play feature. 2v2 matches will also be added soon to the Pool game.

The listing for the Pool game also mentions 12 bots that one can play against along with the ability to bet in-game coins against the other players. It also features a jukebox that imports songs from YouTube.

ForeVR recently announced a $10 million investment from Lobby Capital. To date, the company has raised a total of $18.5 million since its launch in 2020. It is currently working to fast-track the development of its Wii Sports-style collection of games for virtual reality.

ForeVR’s existing Bowl, Darts and Cornhole games have done very well on the official Quest Store. ForeVR Bowl has more 1600 ratings and two-thirds of these are five stars!
