Synth Riders players who are using the Oculus Quest 2 headset will also have 120Hz support in the game. Synth Riders had launched with just 72Hz support which is the same refresh rate that the original Oculus Quest has. A Synth Riders update added a 90Hz support option just as 2020 came to a close and this was subsequently followed by a 120Hz support feature early this year that was launched as an experimental feature.
Synth Riders now joins the small and exclusive club of games that provide 120Hz support on Oculus Quest 2. These include titles like Cubism, Echo VR, and Eleven Table Tennis among others.
Synth Riders has been consistently adding new content to the game through free updates along with paid DLC packs since the launch of the title. More of its content now features prominent music artists. In March this year, Synth Riders launched its punk-themed ‘Adrenaline’ DLC packs on all platforms and it featured songs from bands such as Bad Religion, The Offspring, and more. In January this year, the Synthwave Essentials 2 pack was launched and it included songs from the highly acclaimed English rock band Muse.https://virtualrealitytimes.com/2021/06/25/new-synth-riders-update-adds-new-content-updates-visuals-and-adds-120hz-support/https://virtualrealitytimes.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/Synth-Riders-VR-600x337.jpghttps://virtualrealitytimes.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/Synth-Riders-VR-150x90.jpgGamingTechnologyA new Synth Riders update has added new content, updated the visuals and added 120Hz support for Oculus Quest 2.
