Fajt noted that although Rec Room was still early in realizing that vision, the company is excited about where the community in the social metaverse and the next years will take them.
Rec Room creators have created so many experiences that the service now offers more rooms than the Apple apps in the iOS App Store.
Throughout the month, players in Rec Room can visit the birthday room where they can engage in celebratory activities and also discover new in-game items. Rec Room players can also use their creativity to build Parade Floats (without the stickiness of paper-mâché) by using Rec Room’s Maker Pen design tool with which creators can build everything ranging from puppies to helicopters to even entire worlds in Rec Room.
Rec Room also added cake pops that are available for free throughout the month inside the cake pop room. After June, you will need to purchase these. The cake pop room has already had 377,000 visits.
